Approximately 1 mile to the beach. 10 minute bike ride - bring your own or borrow one of our old beloveds. Beach chairs for use in downstairs shed- just BYO beach towels! Quiet cottage with accomodation for 6 - 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, outdoor shower, grill, patio, and screened in porch. Hardwood floors throughout. Parking for 3 cars. Dog friendly.

The Beach Cabin, NO WI-FI

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Quiet neighborhood. Bethany Beach -10 min drive, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. TY. Perfect for families (comfortably sleeps 4 adults and plus children), and small groups of friends alike! 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, plus an enclosed outdoor shower. Very clean, tons of natural light, and plenty of outdoor space -- including a relaxing and bright sunroom/porch, small deck out back with a grill, and large front porch.

Delightful Skoolie Near Bethany Beach

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

The Sand Pebble is a 3 story home located 1 block from the boardwalk / ocean and 2 short blocks from the main street in Bethany Beach built in 2019. It is the perfect home for multi-generational guests, a few couples or a large family. It is decorated with relaxation in mind, using teals, blues and coastal prints. The Sand Pebble will be decorated for the Winter Holiday seasons. This home is pet-free to accommodate my family members and guests with extreme allergies.
