Il comprend : 1 pièce de vie cuisine ouverte, salon avec canapé convertible, salle à manger avec billard, 1 salle d’eau douche à l’italienne et wc séparés, 2 chambres avec lits 140X190 et dressing. Une terrasse avec store banne, salon de jardin, barbecue, bains de soleil et cabanon avec toilettes et douche. Un jardin avec piscine (couverte et chauffée de mi avril à fin septembre), balançoire, table ping-pong et terrain de boules.
