Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.

It has a 600 m2 wooded and flowered garden, a pergola and a large terrace to enjoy a southwest-facing sunbath, a petanque court and a sauna. Possibility to extend to 7-8 beds (2 sofa beds) Beyond a consumption of 50 kWh per day, the kW will be charged at the price of 20 cents (excluding sauna).

However, it can accommodate up to 14 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The cottage is ideal for families or groups of friends. Ideally located, you can enjoy the calm of the countryside, while being close to the sea. Pets are allowed.
