Quiet two-room apartment in the historic center, just a short walk from the Duomo. Located in an elegant condominium. Equipped with the necessary comforts for even long stays (wifi, TV, oven, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher). Access via a short internal staircase with a large under-stair space ideal for storing bikes, suitcases, etc. Paid parking is available below the house and free parking is available within a 5-minute walk. Podere Montevalle's Clubhouse

Rustic and elegant, surrounded by nature. The Clubhouse of Podere Montevalle is a historic agricultural building, partly stone from the mid-19th century and partly brick from the early 20th century. Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Ideal for relaxation, visiting art cities, and enjoying outdoor sports.

The Artist's House

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

The flat is located in the city center of Busseto and has just been completely renovated. It is divided into 2 floors and consists of kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Busseto is known throughout the world for being the hometown of Giuseppe Verdi and is the perfect starting point for visiting Verdi's places and for a vist of the production area of Parmigiano Reggiano and Parma Ham. It is about 20 minutes drive from Fidenza Village, 30 minutes from Piacenza, Cremona and Parma.
