Historic Georgian Flat with Community Garden

It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

Freshly renovated flat in Hawick with perfect location to explore Scottish Borders. Very spacious, bright and airy, but cosy at the same time. Fantastic views, log burner and traditional features. The accomodation is centraly located near to the Town Hall, very close to the High Street with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Book a minimun of 3 night to receive a basket of snacks. Book 7 night or more to receive a breakfast pack and a bowl of fresh fruits.

Comfortable, quiet, harbour-front holiday apartment with spectacular views and accommodation for 4 (we can take 6 but send a message to us before booking if there are more than 4 in your party) on the edge of Seahouses. Views out to the Farne Islands where you can see countless sea birds - or stay put and watch the wildlife from the apartment. A lovely 17th century building, one of the oldest properties in Belford, that has a coffee shop below. In a friendly village only 5 miles from picturesque Bamburgh. Belford has pubs, restaurants, play parks, shops, chemist etc Very central for all attractions in Northumberland only half hour and you’re in Scotland. Near the coast with all its castles and beaches, and only 12 miles from Holy Island. Alnwick is only 14 miles away with the amazing castle and Gardens, also Barter Books.

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. In the mornings you can look forward to a delicious breakfast in the formal dining room. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use.
