The Chaplain's House

Its history dates back to the 15th century and to this day the castle is still a private, inhabited and family property. The house has benefited from our most beautiful decorating ideas, bringing a lot of privacy and authenticity. The cottage is next to the castle farm, country atmosphere guaranteed.

The trailer is located in our residence in a meadow facing the cows, sheep, and our goat "Nico". This accommodation located between the Seine and the pond will delight you with its direct access to the towpath, ensuring beautiful walks or bike rides to discover our beautiful Normandy and its fruit route!

Melmont House

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

The house has been entirely renovated inside. There are three bedrooms, one large bedroom on the first floor with a Queen bed and a couch or single bed (this can also open up to be a double). On the second floor there are the other beds. There is another Queen bed and separated by a paritition and the staircase is the third sleeping area with two single beds (these can both open up to become doubles). The house is ideal for two families or a family with room for the grandparents.

The Bread Oven

Charming old half-timbered bread oven, located on the edge of the stream, it consists of: - Living room with a wood-burning stove, - Kitchen, - Upstairs: - shower/WC room accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), -bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed overlooking the stream, accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), Bedroom and bathroom do not communicate.
