The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. We rent a newly furnished 2 room apartment with about 55 sqm in Berumbur with upscale equipment. The apartment is quietly located about 5 minutes/walk from the swimming lake. Supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, etc. are quick to reach. Various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Norden is about 10 minutes away by car and Norddeich about 15 min. In the open living and dining area there is a modern equipped kitchen free WiFi incl. towels/bed linen. Minimum stay 2 nights.

This apartment on the second floor of a detached house consists of a bedroom for three people, a kitchen with new built-in kitchen, a cozy living room and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. From the living room, a balcony can be reached. In the garden, a terrace with barbecue facilities is available separately for guests. Within walking distance are shops, small shops, restaurants, doctors, pharmacy and a bicycle rental in the village of Hage.

Our apartment is located in Halbemond on the East Frisian North Sea coast ❌ Close to Norddeich, Nessmersiel or Dornumersiel! In just 10 minutes by car to Norddeich or 20 minutes to Greetsiel. Everything is very easy to reach by car. Emden is 25 kilometers away. Recreational facilities: The Oceanwave, seal breeding station, Waloseum and automobile & toy museum are located in Norddeich. The Tea Museum is in Norden.

Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
