We offer a cozy apartment in a quiet location for 1-4 people with a terrace. In the immediate vicinity are a playground, a bakery and a pizzeria within walking distance. Bramsche has a lot to offer, such as an indoor pool with an 85 m tube slide, Varustherme with saunas and a salt grotto, Hasesee with mini-golf, the Tuchmacher Museum, cafes and restaurants. Within 20. the Alfsee in Rieste, the VARUSSCHLACHT in Kalkriese and the zoo in Osnabrück offer fun and entertainment.

Vacation in nature!

With our camper, including an awning, we have created an opportunity to spend a special vacation with us at the vacation farm. You have the opportunity to fully enjoy the summer. The caravan offers comfortable beds and a cozy seating area with electric fireplace. In the awning there is a cooking option with ceramic hob, fridge and hot air fryer and a dining area. Directly in front of the door begins an outdoor area with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.

In the Gartenstadt district you will find our newly renovated, high-quality furnished 75 m² apartment. Bathroom with open shower and storage room, living-dining room and kitchen that was built to measure. In the cozy bedroom, a box-spring bed and sofa bed invite you to relax. Guest toilet and cloakroom are also provided. The apartment is fully equipped with electric blinds. Smart TV (55 inches) with cable connection and Netflix available.

UniKate – Vacation in Artland

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.

Modern apartment near the Teutoburg Hunting School

Up to 3 people can be accommodated in my beautiful, bright basement apartment, which was renovated and newly furnished in 06./07.2017. The apartment consists of a 30 sqm living/bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, in which you can also shower well, a new, modern fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining spacious dining area. The garden, very idyllically located by the forest, can of course also be used.

Cozy apartment for 1-2 people

Our terraced house is in a very quiet location on the northwestern outskirts of Osnabrück (near Osnabrück harbor/canal). The beautiful Rubbenbruchsee recreational area and the Heger/Natruper Holz forest areas are just a 5-minute walk away. The cozy, light-flooded apartment is separate and self-sufficient in the attic (3rd floor) and can be reached via a common house entrance (first floor).

Welcome to Alfsee Enjoy your relaxing vacation in our vacation homes on Lake Alfsee. 2 - 4 people will find ideal conditions here for a wonderful time. An extra bed can be provided for a fifth person. Experience the beauty of Lake Alfsee and its surroundings with family or friends. Alternatively, a rental of up to 6 months is also possible. On the former Mustermann farm in Wenstrup is a high-quality and light-flooded apartment that invites you to relax.
