Monthly Rentals in Berry

I just completed a seven month stay in Dan's loft apartment. It was a great experience. The photos and descriptions were accurate. Dan was easy to communicate with and he was very responsive to any issues. He was unfailingly helpful. The apartment is on the third floor with a steep flight of stairs at the top, so anyone with physical challenges or cardio challenges should take that into consideration. I'm 69 and in fair shape, so I had no problems with the stairs. Overall, it was an excellent time and I would recommend it for a stay in Cynthiana.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the loft overtop the Millstone. The location is absolutely perfect! Not to mention some Delicious breakfast at the Millstone! The Hosts are great people! Kind, attentive, creative and friendly. Couldn't thank them enough for our time there!

We enjoyed feeding the animals- thank you for that addition! We appreciate your son coming over to fix the DVD player so we could watch our movie. Your property was fun and peaceful. Thank you!

Beautiful horse farm. Lovely host and stay. We adore Winston and Woodford…wish we could have packed them in our luggage! The history of the property was so interesting to read!
