In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

A 2 km : Malestroit, Cité de caractère, 2ème plus beau village de France 2025, canal de Nantes à Brest, voie verte, piscine, commerces, marché le jeudi et le samedi. Belle campagne environnante propice aux randonnées. Surrounded by forest, plains and moors, it's a paradise for trout fishing with no kill, photography or nature. Located 20 minutes from the sea and close to many touristic sites (Branféré Park, , the most beautiful village of France "Rochefort en Terre).

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.
