Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, 100 qm2 groß, bietet viel Platz, Licht und einen Ausblick über den See und in die Berge – großartig, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wohn-/Esszimmer, Balkon, Küche, Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer & eine Sauna.

In ca. 10 bis 20 Min. erreicht man zu Fuß den Bernrieder Naturpark und das Seeufer mit zahlreichen verträumten Badebuchten. Auf dem Grundstück steht ein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Für Fahrräder gibt es Abstellfläche.

Und von April bis Oktober sind wir von viel Grün und einem schönen Blick ins Landschaftsschutzgebiet umgeben.

The Kneissl vacation home is located on the high bank of Lake Starnberg in Allmannshausen, a rural village, about 30 km from Munich and about 50 km from the mountains. Walk to the natural swimming coves on the lake in 10 minutes, for sure-footed walkers, a path through the adjacent forest. Cycling tours, hikes in the area and the mountains about 25 km away are possible.
