This romantic country-style villa in the middle of the Eifel is detached in a wonderful garden of 4500 m² with an ancient tree population. The vacation home offers plenty of space for large families or small groups up to a maximum of 12 people on over 200 m². On 2 floors there are 1 kitchen, 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet and 5 bedrooms. A small wellness area with sauna and another bathroom are located in the basement. A dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are all present.

Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The house is in a quiet location just outside the centre of Bad Bertrich, from the house you have a beautiful view of the greenery and the river Üß. However, in 2 minutes you can walk to the centre with its bakery, cafes, restaurants, parks and of course the sauna complex which the village is famous for. Hiking trails start on all sides of the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the banks of the Moselle (Alf/Bullay). The tourist town of Zell is 15 minutes away.

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool.
