Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

A fireplace also provides cozy warmth, and a large garden with terrace invites you to barbecue + chill.

The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. We rent out our nice, detached cottage of about 35 m² on our property, with garden, barbecue and cozy seating area. For the colder days, it is equipped with central heating. It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach, surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakeries, shopping facilities and Restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the door, Berlin is close, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
