In den drei stilvollen Schlafzimmern finden bis zu 6 Erwachsene Platz, und für den 7. &8. Gast steht eine gemütliche Schlafcouch zur Verfügung. Das Apartment liegt nur etwa 500 Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt, so dass du bequem mit dem Zug anreisen kannst. Alternativ stehen zwei Stellplätze zur Verfügung. Wichtigen Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. It is located in the former barn area of a farm in Höhenmoos. This tranquil place with an extraordinary view is perfectly located for relaxation in nature (mountains, lakes, cross-country skiing, cycling) and excursions in the area (Chiemsee, Simssee, Samerberg, Rosenheim, Munich, Salzburg).
