Far from the hustle and bustle of the village, surrounded by meadows and fields, is our apartment on a historic mill farm. First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

Minimalist, but fully equipped thanks to a clever room layout. 1 large and 1 small sleeping loft, kitchen, shower and toilet are available. The terrace is perfect for barbecues and relaxing. You can relax in the hot tub. The tiny house has Wi-Fi and a smart TV. It is in a good location, with quick access to the A38 and a 15-minute drive to Heilbad Heiligenstadt. We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Welcome to our lovingly furnished apartment in a rural area. Come to relax in the countryside in the beautiful town of Arenshausen. The edge of the forest is only about 100 meters away and invites you to take long walks. Furthermore, we often have various animals on the farm or the adjacent pasture, with which you can make acquaintance. There is also a train station, a bakery and a supermarket within a few minutes' walk.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
