Der Bauwagen liegt gegenüber einer 100 Jahre alten Scheune die ich zu einem Atelier umgebaut habe. Der Bauwagen ist 17 m² groß mit Wohnküche, Doppelbett in einem Raum. Die Küche ist mit einem Induktionsherd, Wasserkocher, einem kleinen Kühlschrank und einer Spüle (Wassercontainer) ausgestattet. Sie finden alles an Koch- und Essgeschirr, was Sie benötigen. Der Holzofen schafft im Bedarfsfall schnell behagliche Wärme. Die Gäste - Dusche & Toilette befinden sich in der Scheune.

Cozy apartment on historic 4-sided courtyard

In the historic village street is our communal 4Seitenhof. The apartment is located in the eastern former stable building and has been lovingly renovated and equipped. It consists of an open plan living, dining and sleeping area with small shower room and terrace to the courtyard. The kitchen has, among other things, a fridge with freezer, a stove with oven and a dishwasher. Garden use is possible. Also visit the curious alpaca in the neighboring village (additional costs).

Remise with vision

The apartment is in a 120-year-old brick remise. It has an unobstructed south-facing view of the Havel region. On the first floor is a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (without outdoor facilities): 40 square meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. 3 more people can stay there.

House near Berlin + Potsdam, on the edge of Falkensee

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great-grandparents.

A stay in a stork village 1

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the larger unit. (The smaller unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21896074) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Tiny House in Berlin-Weissensee

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

Bungalow, quietly located between Berlin and Potsdam

Between Berlin and Potsdam lies the small, simple bungalow cottage, right next to our house on a large property. The accommodation is simply furnished and offers a bedroom (double bed), a kitchenette (stove, sink, coffee), small bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) as well as other sleeping options on a couch (1.20 cm wide) downstairs on the first floor. The cozy apartment is spread over two floors in a converted former stable building in a quiet village location. The fireplace spreads cozy warmth. On the large property overlooking wide fields, you can relax and enjoy the tranquility. There are many opportunities for cycling, hiking, boating, swimming and exciting excursion destinations in the area.
