The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios-Klinikum. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Es verfügt über einen geräumigen Wohn-/Essbereich mit einer vollwertigen, komplett ausgestatteten Küche und einem Arbeitsplatz. Die beiden separaten Schlafzimmer mit Ensuite-Badezimmern sind elegante Rückzugsräume. Der großzügige Balkon bietet genügend Platz für alle, um mit Blick ins Grüne zu entspannen. Vorhanden in Etagen 1 bis 5.

The apartment is in a 120-year-old brick remise. It has an unobstructed south-facing view of the Havel region. On the first floor is a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (without outdoor facilities): 40 square meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. 3 more people can stay there.

Central, sunny, air-conditioned attic apartment (70 m²) with a cozy fully equipped kitchen, where you can start your morning with a delicious breakfast. Comfortable beds allow you to have a good night's sleep. Enjoy the 9 m² green terrace (smoking is allowed here) with unobstructed views. Not far from the apartment is the S-Bahn [suburban train] stadium JuliusLeberBrücke from where you only need 3 stops to Potsdamer Platz + Brandenburg Gate + government district. Wi-Fi

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.
