My little holiday paradise is located in a quiet and beautiful green area, about 2 minutes walk from the river Spree. The bungalow is very well equipped with underfloor heating, fireplace, very comfy sofa bed and great attention to detail. Various shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and the bus stops just around the corner. The motorway to Berlin and the train station are only 10 minutes by car.. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats can be used free of charge. And Berlin City is very close!

We offer our small bungalow style apartment on our property in the tranquil Börnicke on the outskirts of Berlin for rent. It's a 1.5 room apartment with a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Our bungalow invites you to absolute relaxation due to its location on the edge of the forest and the green fields lake within walking distance. But also Berlin could be reached by train in about 15 minutes.

BasseO 250 meters to the lake

We rent our nice little cottage 27 m², 2 min walk from Wandlitzsee to the beach 3 min to Surfing club about 5 min, 500 m from Wandlitzsee train station. Bakeries, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door, Berlin nearby, other lakes in the vicinity Wi-Fi is not available everywhere. A cozy, fully insulated wooden house awaits you in the green southeast of Berlin with its own small pool and the possibility to use the sauna for a flat-rate electricity fee. 150 m to the forest and 800 m to the S-Bahn, which takes you quickly to the center with all the sights. This offers a good combination between sightseeing and the well-deserved break afterwards.

We offer a small cozy and lovingly furnished bungalow with garden for max. 3 people. The bungalow has one bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and has a sofa bed in the living room where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural area on the outskirts of Berlin.
