Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Berkshire

We had a great stay here. George was very responsive and helped with local recommendations. He was there to meet us when we arrive and give us a quick overview of the property and hot tub instructions. The property is clean and has all you would need. The hot tub is great and the beach is only 5 mins away. Would definitely stay again.

Easy check in, Host was at hand to help us to access the property, lovely high spec and clean property as the pictures, high spec kitchen and layout also well equipped, (loved the built in coffee machine :-) ) bathrooms were also well equipped with amenities, lots of towels/sheets/ bedding/ pillows etc, also had a baby cot and bedding we could use making it easier to travel without our one we normally take, lovely area, a nice river right on the doorstep, paddle boards are at the property to use if you can do it, gorgeous walks and local pubs/ shops easy to access, beach was an easy 25 min ish walk, with great views on the way, didn't use the hot tub as we ran out of time but it looked gorgeous along with the landscaping here, lighting was lovely in the evening too, all in all a very nice place to stay and we will book again when we come to visit, very nice hosts as well, they were on hand for recommendations and friendly chat on a few occasions, thanks again,

We had a perfect stay at the lodge! Beautiful property with equally beautiful surroundings. It’s well equipped and lovely to have use of hot tub, bbq etc! Lots of nice places to walk for food and drinks. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Such a peaceful and relaxing stay - thank you!

We adored our stay at Acre Lodge! You can tell the amount of care and quality that has gone into the lodge, and it also shows in the hospitality that Janet and Graham provide. The nature surrounding the lodge is lovely, as is walking around the village, and enjoying the night sky from the well set-up backyard. Janet and Graham were responsive and kind — when we needed support with fixing something, they were immediately attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth! We were grateful and it lent to an incredible, relaxing weekend in the Cotswolds. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Hi I’m always honest with reviews and find that it helps others make a judgment on where they book. The place firstly was immaculate the place flowed nice with the decor. My son was in his element running around the beautiful garden. Hosts were on hand for a few questions. Fantastic place will defo be booking again in the near future

We chose a long weekend the week before Easter. The house and the location matched our expectations and needs. Allan’s meet and greet on arrival was a warm welcome and informative. Brook House is a lovely home and we had a great stay. The spacious kitchen, bedrooms downstairs, wood burner and hot tub are real highlights. We enjoyed a BBQ and a Sunday Roast during our stay. The outdoor patio lights work very well to enjoy the garden in the evenings. The house is wonderfully located to explore the south coast and nearby attractions. We enjoyed a walk to the local club for drinks and live music. (Only available Fridays) on the first evening. We did a day trip to Brownsea Island which was fun. Moors Valley Country Park and Forest nearby offers a lot of options for a family Sunday outing. Our only fault was not staying a few more days!

A lovely, relaxing couple of nights stay. The Coach House has all you need, is warm and cosy and very comfortable. The beds are super comfy and the duvets really warm and cosy. The garden is very private and a lovely feature, and for anyone staying in warmer weather has everything you need to spend plenty of time outdoors. If you're looking to keep your steps up, try a walk round the lakes, lots of bird life, very interesting. The lighting system took a bit of getting used to but is very ambiant and well thought out. The kitchen has plenty of space so you can cook and chat. It would have been good if the oven had worked but we were told about this beforehand and provided with an airfryer so could work around this quite easily. The host was always quick to respond, kept in touch and made our stay very easy. I would recommend The Coach House for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. All the quirky little touches make The Coach House quite unique and we would definately return.

Afsoon was a wonderful and attentive host. Easy to communicate with and keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The house is immaculate and peaceful - I could lie in bed and listen to the birds first thing. She offered to cook us dinner, for very reasonable price, which was a delicious Persian 3 course meal. We stayed here as we had to be at Dorney lake early. Although close to the lake, it is a bit of a drive to get to the other side. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay near Canary Wharf! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna are luxurious and a fun treat! Kitchen is fairly well stocked and easy to cook in. A/C worked great. Washer/dryer combo machine is nice to have as well. There is a small market across the street which makes getting groceries super easy. The bus stops right in front of the house for easy transport to Canary Wharf or anywhere in the city. Great transportation connections via DLR as well. Greenwich is an easy walk and a wonderful way to spend a day. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Thanks for making it a great place for our family!

Great stay and accommodation in a lovely area with lots to do. Lorraine was always responsive to any questions or requests. We were also able to check in earlier than advertised. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay, even in January, and the house was perfect for us (6 adults, a 4-year old, 2 dogs) The house was warm and spacious with lots of kids toys and extremely well equipped. The hot tub in the garden is a lovely addition, despite high winds meaning we couldn’t always use it! It’s well located near Cowes and its amenities, amidst other houses but on a quiet road, with great views because it’s on a hill and very near the sea, though not a beach as such. We would certainly return if we can.

This property is beautiful. It’s immaculately clean and it was a pleasure to stay in.

We had such a lovely time at Oak Tree. The outside area was so stunning and the inside was exactly what we wanted: cosy and rustic. The perfect place to stay if you want a quiet getaway. Alexia and James also left us a warm, freshly baked loaf of bread, some marshmallows for us to toast, chocolates and treats for us to enjoy. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely time. Would come back and will be recommending to friends and family.

Owen is the perfect host! I asked him if he could put up a few banners and balloons for my sister’s (very low key) hen night and he was amazingly helpful! He was fantastically fast at replying and couldn’t help more. We loved the wine he left and chocolates, and he showed us everything we needed to know when we got there. The hot tub was wonderfully relaxing and the cabin is perfect! It was the perfect place to celebrate in a low key, grown up way.

Had the most amazing weekend, cabin was delightful and very cosy, Hot Tub was great. Great walks as practically on top of the Ridgeway. Richard was a great host, I would highly recommend to stay, great getaway for piece, relaxation, with great walks & beautiful scenery. Thanks Rich for a great stay 🙂

A beautiful retreat for 2 very peaceful nights away with my wife and our two Labradors. The retreat is very private and quiet but only a 5 minute drive from town and a 10 minute walk to the local pub. Our dogs made full use of the field as we made full use of the hot tub.

The cabin was a lovely place to take a trip away. Adam and Vicky were very helpful before we arrived and when we got there, as well as leaving lots of helpful information in the cabin. Great place to stay

lovely place to stay on a live working farm, all animals are amazing kids and our selves will miss them! hot tub was one of the best we have been in held the heat really well. views from the place are amazing host and family are lovely people too. definitely will be coming back

We loved it so much this was our second visit! Gorgeous cabin, feels really secluded when there, you wouldn’t know you were in Reading. Lots to keep you entertained without even leaving. Massive hot tub was such a treat too. No doubt will be back again.

The most beautiful idyllic location for the most relaxing and chilled weekend surrounded by nature. Anna is an incredibly attentive host and they have literally thought of everything you might need. I hope we can return again soon
