We have some of the best weather in the country and create wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy it. We live next door. Excellent walking neighborhood with easy public transit. Everything you need to relax and make simple meals, including coffee and tea. One block from Solano Ave for restaurants and shopping, a few blocks walking from whole foods and more restaurants. Near Bart and one block from bus stop to SF. Hiking in Tilden Park or Wildcat canyon just 10 min drive.

Cozy flat in safe, quiet residential neighborhood. 10-minute walk to N. Berkeley BART, .9 miles to NW corner of campus, close to restaurants & shops downtown, on Fourth St., Solano Ave., College Ave., just about everything you need. Please don't book if you have allergies to cats! They don't go downstairs now but used to. Please don't make a reservation for someone else. Airbnb doesn't permit it, and it has caused problems when I've allowed it!

The indoor and covered outdoor living spaces are perfect for relaxing, fire up the BBQ, or pluck the strings of the acoustic guitar if you're so inclined.

This lovey sunny Berkeley hills, smoke free little apartment is a fifteen minute walk down hill to UC Berkeley, or dining at Chez Panisse or pizza at the Cheese Board. Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s dog. She is friendly and can be confined.
