Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Berkeley

This was a great spot! In addition to having beautiful taste in decor and being friendly and responsive, Jennifer was also super understanding when I had to modify my trip because of a change in plans.

We stayed in the upstairs unit which was bright & comfortably furnished. There is a cute outdoor space behind the house which is shared by guests in both units.

I really enjoyed my stay at Reuven's place. Reuven was a welcoming host with prompt responses . He checked in regularly during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. I met Reuven a few times in person and he was always warm and friendly. The cottage itself was very comfortable and clean and had high quality amenities. It's located in a nice neighborhood and you can walk to pretty much everything including UCB. The off-street parking spot and brand new washer/dryer were especially helpful. I highly recommend the cottage to anyone visiting the East Bay and I would love to stay here again when I visit my daughter next time!

We enjoyed our stay at Michael's place. It is well located and easy to find. We particularly loved the garden and being able to sit on the patio. Everything was clean and tidy. The room is well-equipped with everything you need. Michael was very nice to work with. Thanks so much.

Sunny Oasis is an accurate description! This home is very comfortable and nicely appointed in the heart of Berkeley.

We had wonderful time at Heather and Steven’s home. Both are just great host’s, very helpful and proactive, communication was just quick and great. The home was easy to find and everything was as described. The location is fantastic, short walks the grocery stores, Bart and nice cafes. We are locking forward to our next stay with Heather and Steve and can just highly recommend this location.

The house was nice and clean. It smelled really good. Me and my brothers were in town for my nephews high school graduation and the location of the house was about 8 minutes away. The host was very communicative and checked in daily to make sure everything was going ok.

Very nice stay on Berkeley Hills. Very pleasant space both inside and outside, quiet area. A lot of light and attention to details. Very convenient location (with a car, easy to park in the street by the way) to spend time in Berkeley and in the Bay area. Breeze was very welcoming and reactive. We would recommend the place.

This was my second stay at Sheila’s property and I would certainly come back again. It is a charming and unusual space with interesting design but also is convenient and comfortable. The private patio outside the unit is a nice feature in mild weather and also allows getting lots of fresh air inside by leaving the door ajar when you are inside. The location one block from Piedmont Avenue means that you can easily walk to dozens of shops and restaurants or just stroll and watch people going by. Everything is literally at your doorstep.

Our stay was perfect for a quick trip to San Francisco. The Ashby BART is an easy 12 minute walk. Indigo and Kit are very welcoming and responsive. The home is beautiful, comes with gorgeous views and a very peaceful backyard. We enjoyed having breakfast and our coffee on the deck. My husband loved the colorful sheets, towels, and home. We'd definitely love to stay again.

Great stay at Liz’s place for family of 3. Perfect location for UC Berkeley and Rockridge. Apartment is as described. Nice walk into town with short steep incline. Beautiful deck and fully stocked. We hosted a small graduation barbecue and Liz was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. If you have trouble with steps this is not the place for you.

In a few words. We have thought of buying it which I think sums up our stay. Harold was friendly and attentive. Great place and we loved the water and the Seaplane right next door.

We needed a place to stay with no notice following a house fire. Jeremy’s place was available and the hosts were so kind and attentive. The place is clean, quiet, light, and very comfortable., and spacious. The garden surrounding is pretty and peaceful. The location is also great - walkable to Berkeley’s famous 4th street with great restaurants and shopping. We would recommend this place highly.

Francisco and his team were absolutely amazing! The place was beautifully decorated, incredibly stylish, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need. It was spacious, comfortable, and in a perfect central location—close to everything! The team was super responsive and accommodating, making the stay seamless and enjoyable. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic Airbnb experience!

Great place for my 1 year old and I to stay while visiting friends and family in the bay.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, and you cannot beat the view. We spent a couple evenings on the patio watching the sunset on Mount Tam. It was breathtaking. The space was clean, comfortable, and pretty quiet, so if you're looking for something that feels serene and peaceful, this is it. Shanna was easy to communicate with and was extremely kind. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Marin County. Super close to everything!

This is an absolute gem, a retreat on the green slope of Panoramic hill, which makes you feel like you are in the country. 10 minutes downhill is the campus with all the amenities; a few minutes up hill are the beautiful hiking 'fire' trails. A glass on wine on the terrace, watching the sun go down over Berkeley, was a very special treat. Inside, the house is spacious, thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, with low key but beautifully designed pieces, in keeping with the Arts and Crafts heritage of the neighbourhood. Also, the layout and furnishings are very practical, and everything is there for a comfortable stay (eg the kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with consumables, the duvets and sheets are lovely). Initially, the noise of the heating coming on kept me up at night (I am a light sleeper), but then I turned it off, and all was well again. I can't recommend this place enough, am tempted to come back to Berkeley just to stay there again.

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Amy met me to give me the keys and walked me through the condo to explain everything. It was a very personal approach. She also reached out to me the first morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Everything was spotless and very high end. The place was very quiet and peaceful. I especially enjoyed the patio. I would highly recommend Amy's place to anyone looking for a base to enjoy San Francisco. I intend to stay again the next time I need a place in San Francisco for a few days.

Perfect place to stay in Alameda with young kids! Kimberly’s condo had a pack and play, highchair, and even toys for my young children to play with. The walk in closet was a great space to put the pack and play to add some separation for nap and overnight sleep. Would definitely stay here again.
