For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. It's 100% satisfaction, we highly recommend it. Thank you again Philippe for all your advice, your welcome and your kindness. See you soon.

Normandy itself is breathtaking—a region full of history, natural beauty, and a calm that invites you to slow down and truly enjoy the moment. I found myself wishing I could spend every quiet Saturday morning there, just soaking in the peace. I super highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a magical getaway. Romain received us warmly. The house really felt like a home. It was nicely decorated and even had a garden. Everything was available. The location is the perfect base from which to explore the region. E.g. the Utah and Omaha landing beaches are just 30 minutes away. Caen, Rouen and Mont Saint Michel are a little further away, but still easily accessible. We definitely recommend Romain as a host.

3rd time in this place and in any weather and any time of the year, the charm always works. We simply feel good there as it is peaceful. The cottage is super well equipped and the children love the games, the garden, Fernand the donkey etc... In short, we just hope to come back a 4th time :-)

Everything was perfect and perfectly organised by Florence. Thank you for that :-) The communication was completely unproblematic. I would like to point out 2 small things, but they do not lead to a deduction of stars, because I felt incredibly comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. I have not found a place to store the clothes. I also thought it was a shame that I could not park in the parking lot of the residence. I understood that a private parking space was available. Thank you for the welcome gift!! I enjoyed the delicious cider in the evening on the wonderful terrace :-)

THE BEST accommodation we have made ☺️ We had a great stay in this very clean, well-appointed and perfectly functional accommodation. There was absolutely everything you needed and more, to feel at home. The bed is very comfortable and the view from the apartment, directly overlooking the harbour, is superb. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the beach, with many restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed Le Flot Bleu, an excellent place to discover. The neighborhood is nice, everything can be done on foot, and parking is easy nearby, which is really convenient. Sandrine was very responsive, available and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this listing without hesitation and will be back with pleasure!

We had an incredible stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable — you literally open the back gate and step right onto the sand. It was such a treat to wake up and be at the beach within seconds. The house itself was spotless and really well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the bathroom was stocked with all the essentials. The kids loved the dedicated room and play area — it made the whole stay even more relaxing for us. It’s hard to find a place that offers this kind of location and comfort at such great value. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

I was in Caen for a conference so I didn't enjoy the accommodation or the beautiful little garden much, but everything worked perfectly. Guillaume, who I met, is a great host!

We loved staying at the apartment. Just a few minutes walk from the centre attractionsand restaurants. Free parking close by. Quiet, very clean, everything we needed for our stay. Although not large plenty big enough for a couple. Super shower room. 10 out of 10.

We had a great time in a spotless apartment, recently renovated, with sea views. No car needed, everything is within walking distance, we enjoyed the dike and the sandy beach. Thanks to Christelle for her welcome, guidelines and advice.

My husband and I have just spent two wonderful weeks at Miguel and Karine's. The apartment is very functional and warm, and of exemplary cleanliness. They are very attentive hosts and really concerned with making their nice accommodation as hospitable as possible. Nothing is missing: there are even some very well-chosen books and indoor and outdoor games! The location with sea view is really very nice: very quiet and in a nice residence. Impossible to get bored even if you want to forget the car: just a few steps away, there is the nautical club and the beautiful promenade along the beach (for pedestrians and bikes) that goes from the resorts of Lion sur Mer to the centre of Ouistreham with a seaport and various museums... and nearby: a very good restaurant and a small beach bar for ice cream and pancakes: very nice! It was a great discovery and we hope to return!

Beautiful apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.
