The sea side walking path going round Ile Grande, and the Toul Gwen beach are next to the house.

Our apartment is located on the GR 34 and on the Vélomaritime, a secure bike room can be booked. This unique and very bright place has a style all its own on the second floor of a small, affluent residence. The two rooms of the apartment, bedroom and living room, overlook the sea on the marina of Perros Guirec. The apartment is very quiet, parties are forbidden. We did not install wifi intentionally, but books are at your disposal.

We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.

Although it has long since lost its thatched roof, we wanted to keep its rusticity while integrating today's comforts. As an extension to the garden of the house, the nearby field is organically cultivated by us.
