Directly at the house starts a bike path with connection to all extensive cycling trails. To the sports boat center/ harbor it is 15 minutes by bike via bike path. In front of the house is a car parking space. The EFM is fully equipped and has a terrace, a sauna /surcharge, WiFi, kitchen, TV , Alexa, WIGA, piano, barbecue.

Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.
