Vollausgestattes 1-Raumapartment (34qm) in der Villa Glückspilz für 2 Personen direkt an der Binzer Strandpromenade in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Seebrücke und Einkaufsmeile. Für 2025 habe ich eine Parkkarte auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz am Ortseingang. Bitte beachtet, dass die Schwedenstraße voraussichtlich bis Ende 2025 modernisiert wird. Die Baumaßnahme hat leider deutlichen Verzug. Die Zugängikeit zur Villa Glückspilz ist gegeben.
