Good public transport connections via 2 bus stops within walking distance (5') and the local train (S21) in Reinbek (3 km).

On 75 square meters there are two bedrooms with box spring beds, a kitchen with upscale equipment, a bathroom with spacious shower and towel heating and a cozy living room with dining area and access to the balcony. Parking is available right in front of the house on the street.

It is good to know, especially in these times, that you can access the apartment via your own terrace. This part of the house is completely separated. Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.

Near Hamburg, in the countryside

For bikers and cyclists, we have a small workshop for maintenance. Vehicles can also be adjusted here. Drying clothes is possible in the boiler room.
