Welcome to a new architect-designed Attefallshus of approx. 30 sqm with a sleeping loft that is accessed via a real staircase. At the Attefall house, there is a garden shed of 10 sqm. The houses are located at the back of a residential plot with a secluded patio. This provides space for 4 guests and both houses are included in the rental. Located in a quiet and scenic area with walking distance to several swimming areas, paddle tennis, kayaking, shopping and the city center with its restaurants as well as Kalmar Castle. The proximity to Öland is a stone's throw away.

Nice cottage near the sea

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation located on the eastern side of Öland, right next to Kårehamn. Just 2 km from the house, there is a private beach - just hop on the bike and roll there. With the location in the middle of the island, it is close to excursions to both the north and south sides of the island. Full of flea markets, ice cream and locally produced vegetables. The house has many social areas, several patios, everything to follow the sun and accommodate all friends. Completely secluded and overlooking Öland's expanses.

Röhällastugan

En lantlig och mysig stuga på Öland. Med egen uteplats, grill, pergola och utsikt över ängar. För 5–6 gäster ingår separat gäststuga med sovplats för två. Stugan ligger i kanten av vår privata trädgård – ibland kan du se oss på håll, men vi respekterar din vistelse. Totalrenoverad i gammaldags stil med ett sovrum och litet sovloft. 1000m till vattnet och 9 min till Ölandsbron. Nära natur & centrum. Obs: Låg takhöjd (2 m) i sovrum och badrum. Inget separat vardagsrum – endast det som syns.

Central placering i lugnt villakvarter med parkering och utrustat med bastu, tvätt och tork. Du som gäst kommer ha egen ingång och tillgång till egen uteplats med trädgårdsmöbler, parkering. Köket är välutrustat med diskmaskin. Totalt 4st sovplatser, dubbelsäng samt i bäddsoffa i avskilda rum. Boendet är rymligt med sina 65 sqm. Sommartid är utrymmet svalt och skönt. Vi tillhandahåller även några cyklar som ingår i hyran. Självincheckning sker via nyckelskåp med kod. Nära till bad och city

Poolen nu öppen och uppvärmd 28 grader. Fin lägenhet, Färjestaden Öland. Fullt utrustat badrum, komplett kök med bestick, glas, porslin, grytor, kaffebryggare mm. HDTV, Apple TV. Lakan, handdukar ingår. Tre sovplatser, dubbelsäng samt bäddsoffa. Pool 5x10 meter. Stor terass, solstolar, gasolgrill och utemöbler. OBS! Enbart ni som hyr lägenheten tillåts att vistas/utnyttja lägenheten och poolområdet, inga gäster tillåts. Om dessa regler inte följs sker avvisning. Skötsel pool, onsdagar.

Cozy cottage by the sea

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.

Apartment in an extension part of our house. It is close to nature, the water, shops, shopping and cycling distance to the hospital(4km)as well as central Kalmar. It is also close to Öland. Apartment is located in the animal meadow and is of 35 sqm. It is fully furnished, Wi-Fi and washing machine, 140 cm bed and sofa bed.
