This villa (2023) is located in a quiet area directly adjacent to hiking trails that lead to nature areas and ancient castles such as Jordtorpsåsen and Gråborg. But also close to beaches, swimming and sea. The house is centrally located on Öland and has about 5km to both the west and east coast, 3km to the grocery store, 5km to Färjestaden and about 20km to Kalmar. A fully equipped house with two toilets, three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and a large lovely patio. Wi-Fi is available.

Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Historic gem in the middle of Öland

Peace and privacy in Norra Bäck, about 3 km from the eastern coastal road. In the centre of Öland, only 20 minutes from the Öland Bridge. Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. Now we rent out so that more people can enjoy this fantastic place. Large lush garden and courtyard and free access to the meadow next to the farm. A real time travel with historical details! We found our dream house and would like to share it with you! Completely renovated with love and an eye for detail, so you can feel at home. The perfect starting point to explore Småland, Öland and the glass empire. Our house is located in the middle of the forest and yet only 3 km from the small town of Högsby, where you will find all the daily necessities. Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome.
