With 80 meters to bicycle, cross-country and snowmobile trails, 100 meters to Ljusnan and 1.3 km to the nearest lift, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The house is centrally located between a handful of different lift facilities.

The floor plan is aimed at good socializing with an open living room together with kitchen, in front of the fireplace and the peaceful view. Bedroom with its own clothes hanger and a bathroom equipped with shower, washing machine/drying cabinet and sauna with a view. Stor fjällstuga i autentisk jämtländsk fjällmiljö. Ski In/ Ski out i Gräftåvallens skidsystem samt ca 15 minuter till skidsystem i Bydalen och strax över timmen till Åre. I Gräftåvallen huserar Sveriges största skidklubb och i direkt anslutning till stugan finns 45 km preparerade skidspår. I stugan finns allt som behövs för skid- och fjällsemester med stora sällskapsytor, kamin och bastu. Sommartid är det bara att gå direkt upp på fjället och vandra. Du har nära till bad och fisk möjligheter.

The apartment, which is the lower floor of a cottage with two apartments, has fantastic views of the mountains and the village of Bruksvallarna and is located in a quiet area among other mountain cottages. After skiing or hiking during the day, you can then swim in the hot tub, warm up in the sauna or relax by the stove. The nice cross-country trails are within walking distance.
