The Gîte du Verger is a charming renovated house, located between Saintes and Cognac. It is equipped with an indoor 5-seater hot tub and offers you all the comfort and well-being in a green setting. This house includes on the ground floor 1 living room with equipped kitchen, 1 room with SPA, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 large bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Outside, 1 large garden, 2 terraces and a bocce ball court. Linens, towels and dish towels are provided.

In the family for eight generations, this old farmhouse, located in the heart of Saintonge, has retained its authenticity and charm.
