This pretty house is our family home. recently refurbished, it is a typical Berck house. A fisherman's house in a small cul-de-sac, located in Berck beach, 900 meters from the beautiful beach of Berck. It consists of a bathroom with separate toilet on the ground floor, then a fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful living room. Upstairs are the three bedrooms which are in a row (specialty of fishermen's houses). There is also a toilet and a water point upstairs.

Come and spend a romantic weekend in a warm and authentic maisonette in Montreuil-sur-Mer. Peaceful village with many restaurants. The house is close to the start of many walks. You are 15 minutes from the beaches of the Côte d'Opale (Merlimont, Le Touquet, Stella, etc.) Free public parking in front of the house.
