We have turned this dream of the perfect retreat into reality—or better said, into larch wood—and have since been providing you with wonderful moments of relaxation in our nature-inspired chalets.

Apartment right on Lake Mondsee

The apartment with private entrance is located directly on Lake Mondsee with picturesque views of the Schafberg. In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Mountains and surroundings invite hiking and biking.

Apartment central located -2 min walk to the lake

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. It is located in the middle of the recreational area of the city of Salzburg and is surrounded by several small lakes (including a free swimming lake). Although a small piece outside the center, you are with the trolleybus (15-minute intervals) within 15 minutes (without changing) in the middle of the old town or center of Salzburg. The exhibition center and the Salzburg Arena are only 1 km from the apartment.

Our loving house with feel-good garden is located in an absolutely quiet idyll overlooking the Kampenwand and invites you to recover from stressful everyday life. The Chiemsee beach is a 5-minute walk away. Outside the front door, you will find very well-developed cycling and hiking trails into the fields and moors. You will enjoy the private location, the fantastic views of the lake, and the mountain panorama of this internationally known vacation destination in the heart of Europe. From May, 15 to October 15, the "Zell am See Kaprun summer/mobility card" is included in the price which provides you all kind of activities, like natural attractions and sightseeing.

New, cozy, very bright and open attic apartment near the lake. Separate entrance, kitchen, bedroom and balcony. Lake Wolfgang is within walking distance in just 5 minutes (Abersee Naturbadestrand). The bike ferry to St. Wolfgang is in the immediate vicinity. Ideal location for water sports, hiking, cycling, climbing, paragliding, skiing and Christmas market. Salzburg and Hallstatt are reachable in 40min each by car.

GOOD TO KNOW Something to be aware of? Lake Fuschl is the cleanest and clearest lake in Salzburg and the Salzkammergut region. To keep it this way, motorboat traffic is prohibited. What is the meaning behind the studios’ names? In appreciation of the Brunnwirt’s more than 500-year history, each studio bears the surnames of the previous owners and lists the respective century.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on your mood. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
