In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

50 m from the lake shore is the "Sonnwirtstöckl", a converted, old cottage, oriented to the south and to the lake, located in a quiet and sunny location in St.Gilgen with public swimming area directly on site. The attic of this guest house has been expanded into a special, large 104m² apartment: open old exposed wooden construction, a spacious living-dining area with glass front to the porch, topped by a fantastic view to the lake and the mountains.

With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door.
