Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Berchtesgadener Land

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

The chalet was well furnished and in a fantastic location. The amenities are excellent and the interior is perfectly coordinated. With hot tub and sauna, the overall package is excellent! The uncomplicated check-in and check-out is very positive. Highly recommended!

We travel a lot and buy this house is for sure in our top 3 - A real home, not just an Airbnb ! Everything you need from amenities like sauna and jacuzzi to all cooking essential We had a wondefull time exploring the surrounding and enjoying drink and leaks on the terrasse view stunning view No sun in the evening but no worry the fire pit will keep your warm ;) Love love love !

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

Booked last minute and available by chance. Beautiful villa with all comforts, underfloor heating in the living/dining room, wonderful sauna and spacious jacuzzi, good beds, near the slopes and a 12-minute drive from Katschberg Höhe. With 8 adults and a child of 7, more than enough space. Also recommended in the spring, summer or autumn season. In any case, we'd love to come back again.

Great holiday home – perfect for a relaxing holiday We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. From the beginning we felt comfortable and welcome. The house is not only very clean, but also excellently equipped – we really lacked nothing. Everything is tasteful and furnished with great attention to detail, so you immediately feel at home. We found the quiet location and the cozy atmosphere in the house particularly pleasant. Whether for a short break or a longer break – this holiday home is absolutely recommended. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Lisa and Marlies' house. Everything was super clean and really lovingly and thoughtfully furnished. Everything necessary was described, the kitchen equipment was great. We were in the house with the grandparents, us 3 children with partners and 5 grandchildren (11,9,6,6,0) and also got along well with the room layout. Exactly as described in the pictures. The area is magnificent with a lot of excursion possibilities. 1 week was too short for us (Pentecost 2025), we would have had many plans and possibilities to spend the days. We would come back anytime and are already planning for the next family holiday.

Great villa, everything is brand new. The kitchen has every appliance you could think of. Very clean villa with a central location, comfortable beds, 6 separate bedrooms, fits 12-14 people comfortably. 5 mins drive to kitzbühel and ski lifts.

Absolutely beautiful location- amazing patio to sit and watch the sailboats! Very clean and modern space, plenty of staples in the kitchen- spices, utensils, etc.

The host was great, he was very polite and was ready to adapt to our needs. The house was very cozy and beautiful. The location is great if you are planing to travel by car otherwise it is quite remote.

The communication was great from start to finish! First contact via AirBNB and total The location is a dream, the furnishings and flair really good! We didn't want to leave.

The cabin is beautifully and modernly furnished without losing its rustic charm. Highlights include, of course, the hot tube and the sauna with fantastic views. There was almost nothing missing in terms of amenities. There are enough towels of different sizes and the kitchen and bathrooms were already equipped with standard consumables.( Shampoo, aluminum foil, baking paper, garbage bags, etc. and even spices) Kerstin's communication was quick and straightforward by phone, even though they were on vacation themselves. When we arrived, the tiled stove was already heated, the small wine shelf filled with a selection of good wines and a schnappy meal was on the table to welcome you. All in all, a nice holiday despite the bad weather. I'd love to come back.

We were there with a group and had a great time. The cottage has absolutely met our requirements. Everything you need is available. The view is outstanding And the whirlpool was our absolute highlight. We'd love to come back.

We had an amazing stay. Andrea is super nice and very responsive, the house is beautiful and just like on the pictures including a sauna and a hot pot. We will come back for sure.
