The Charming House

Townhouse ideally located 4 km from the center of Chartres. Quiet neighborhood, nearby shops (bakeries, pharmacy, tobacco shop, and Carrefour Express accessible in less than 5 minutes' walk.) The 94 m² house has all the comforts for 6 people. It consists of a living room, dining room, fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, shower room with toilet, laundry room, 25 m² indoor terrace and garden.

We live in a small village near Chartres and its cathedral (8km), at 12km from Maintenon and its castle, and 1 hour from Paris. Walking/cycling trails and pilgrimage paths start literally 2 min from our place. It's quite and cosy here and the cabbin is completely independant from the main house. Moreover, we are located at 6km from the aquatic complex "Odysée", which is the biggest in Europe.
