There is only a small access step from the street at the main entrance, the entire ground floor has flat access without obstacles to mobility. also the en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom (bed 135 x 190) and the shower are adapted. On the first floor there is another bedroom (bed 135 x 190) with en-suite, to this one if you have to climb stairs.
