One level lower is the heated swimming pool (10 X 5) with outdoor shower, a bar with TV and a fourth bedroom with renovated bathroom. Cozy apartment with a beautiful communal pool and private garden. The pool is available to our guests from June until the end of September. The studio is located in Benissa Costa between the coastal towns of Moraira and Calpe. A Mediterranean covered terrace with garden and BBQ with Gas completes the whole thing. It is about a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach. A tennis court with sports facilities such as paddle tennis, yoga and Pilates is in the immediate vicinity.
