Monthly Rentals in Benicolada

Beautifully renovated apartment in a great location in Calpe. Very close to everything such as shops, restaurants and the beach. Carolina is also always on standby should there be any problems.

Maria was an excellent host who answered all messages very quickly and was extremely helpful. We arrived well before the standard check-in time, but Maria had the apartment ready for us which was a great start to our month in Calpe. The apartment is small, but it is very clean, has everything you need and is in a very central location a short walk from the beach/prom and near lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes etc. The kitchen was well equipped and the air fryer was a great bonus if you don’t want to eat out every meal. The shower was ideal, with an endless supply of hot water. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was cool and dark if you kept the outside shutters closed. During the week it was quite peaceful at night, but at the weekend (Fri/Sat) it could be a little noisy when the local Spanish youngsters left the nearby nightclubs as they congregated at the fast food takeaway below the apartment and weren't quiet. Great place though and would stay again.

Beautiful location and stunning villa! The pool is massive and the villa was very clean. Great communication, very friendly and always responded. The walk is about 25-30 minutes to the beach but it’s an easy walk and with your surroundings as a distraction it doesn’t feel that long at all. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to visit Calpe, we will be returning in the future!

Have stayed in Agatha's apartment before have always found it to clean and comfortable, in prim spot for super markets and restaurants .But could do with a little tender love and care. Mike and Renata.
