Holiday rentals with beach access in Benicarló

A wonderful experience, Jessica was a 10 with us and also recommended some restaurants to visit when we asked her, even though the check out was at 11am she gave us the freedom to spend the whole day in the apartment and be able to leave without any rush. It's an apartment that I highly recommend, the service and location are worth it. PS: The views from the penthouse overlook the sea and the old town, making it a privileged location.

Ana’s place is the perfect getaway for an oasis. Only 30 minutes from Valencia and you come home to absolute paradise! I really appreciated her addressing all my needs and she reacting quickly if anything had arose. I really recommend Ana’s place and I cannot wait to come back!!! Don’t think twice; book her apt!!

The accommodation is extremely well located with sea views. It is 2 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from Peniscola Castle. The "Consum " shopping mall is also within a 15-minute walk. The accommodation is air-conditioned which is a comfort and a necessity in the middle of summer if you want to sleep well and rest. Spacious, well-equipped and very pleasant home. The residence is cleaned every day so very clean. Two downsides: the entrance to the accommodation can't be before 6pm (so you lose the day on Saturday. The ideal would be to be able to access it around 2 p.m.) and the parking lot which is taken by the first to arrive. There are almost never spots available. On the other hand, it is possible to park outside with a subscription of 35 euros per week. That's what we did. Raquel is very responsive , very attentive and always available. So don't hesitate to go, you won't be disappointed👍 We will definitely come back 😀

The apartment is fantastic. It's in an unbeatable location right in front of the beach. The views from the balcony are incredible. Communication with José has been optimal at all times. He has always been very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. We have no doubt that if we return to Peñíscola, we would return to this apartment. It felt like being at home.

we rented this accommodation several times, nothing to say, it's great, there is everything you need and the view of the sea is incredible, the accommodation is very well located and we can park the car nearby, we will come back again

I and my family found the house very conveniently located, just a stroll away from the town of Vinaros and the main sandy beach (the one just in front is a pebble beach, nothing wrong with it, just a matter of preferences). The house was fully equipped with everything one can need for a one-week stay (or longer). The little garden was very well cared and the kids enjoyed it a lot. The host was always responsive, flexible and really nice. Communication with her was very easy. There is also access to a common pool area, but we didn't use it much. Only thing to mention, perhaps, is that the house is on two levels connected by stairs.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

Our stay at Emma’s place was so wonderful that it made us sad to leave. The house sits right on a beautiful, peaceful rock beach where we watched the sun set while enjoying the backyard each afternoon. Its location is perfectly situated near other beaches and calas to visit as well. We brought our 15-month-old along, and she was so happy to have toys and books to play with, and the crib and high chair were provided without any hassle. I hope we can come back one day soon! This was the perfect beach getaway our family needed.

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

We were very well in the apartment, a few meters from supermarkets, bars and shops. As a suggestion we would say that it would not be too much if a hose was possible to cool off and remove the land when you arrive from the beach. But otherwise highly recommended

The apartment is as described. Marc's kindness in explaining everything. The parking space is 10 points, even if it is not connected to the building. And the best thing is the location, right on the beach. Quiet. And if you don't want to walk a lot, there's a typical Spanish restaurant next door that we always ate at, excellent.

A stay couldn't be better! You feel at home. Very friendly welcome and perfect communication before and during the stay with the host. It is fully furnished. Especially the large terrace with the complete day of sun and shade is wonderful. A nice place less than a few minutes walk from the beach. Also an advantage: a spacious car park is included.

Very well equipped apartment with very good quality furniture and kitchen equipment. The geographical position of the rental is great view of the sea and very close to the walk.

The apartment is very cozy, next to the beach and with many bars/restaurants around. The host is super helpful and friendly. She had left basic things in the house (gel, oil, salt, towels...), a nice touch. The stay was a 10, I'll be back for sure
