Well-located accommodation and very well-equipped. The photos are true to the reality of the Property.

We stayed with Xavier for 2 weeks with 2 children, we enjoyed it very much. We were able to park directly at the property and also drive directly to the beach and quickly reach shopping.

Excellent stay at Maïa and Johann's place. Tastefully decorated, very well equipped and close to La Rochelle in a small quiet village. A pleasure to be able to have breakfast on the private sunny terrace in the morning. We'll be happy to go back!

We are delighted with Romain's apartment in which we stayed. The amenities are of excellent quality, the perfect decoration and the cleanliness of the apartment impeccable! We had a lovely week at Florence's, the house is very well decorated and very clean! It is an ideal house to rest away from the noises of the city, there is a courette with 2 darts games, board games, puzzles, as well as recommendations on things to do in the area, this accommodation is made for a stay as a couple or with a child. The kitchen is very well equipped and has all the necessary utensils. I highly recommend it!

Julien and Auriole were perfect hosts. The location was just perfect and almost grand design with the decor and layout carefully created. The pool & bbq area was brilliant too. My only critique is that Julien should get professional photos. The ones on the website do not do justice as to what an incredible place it really is. Thank you for hosting us 👏🏼

We had a great time. The house is superb and well equipped. Quiet environment, close to all amenities. 10 minutes by car from the center of La Rochelle.

Anny and her husband are very pleasant hosts, responsive and consistent with the constraints of check-in and checkout. The house is very large, quiet and the pool and jacuzzi are welcome after a long day of sightseeing.

We had a lovely stay at the place and the area. Apparently very good with beautiful services, a beautiful little terrace with a very good chabon barbecue. The host is very available and accommodating. And on top of that, a little special special touch was waiting for us in the fridge. Liliane

Great stay at Quentin's! The accommodation is ideally located 1 minute walk from Plage des Minimes with many shops and restaurants a stone's throw away, a market on Mondays, plenty of entertainment and activities to enjoy the beach and the sea in season. We especially recommend AWL Beach on the beach with its awesome team that offers paddle and canoe rentals and an ultra nice bar! Many activities also for the kids. The accommodation, located in a beautiful residence quite quiet, is very functional and pleasant with its balcony and large living room, well equipped to have a pleasant stay. The bakery at the foot of the residence is a plus! Quentin was very friendly and welcoming, always responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend it and we'll be back with pleasure! Finally, the old port and the center of La Rochelle are easily accessible in about 15 minutes by bus or bus boat.
