It comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.

In this village overlooking the Poitevin Marsh, this 200 m² family farmhouse, renovated with respect for the place, which combines the charm of wood and stones of the country, will make you want to meet up with family, friends or simply for business trips. In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).
