A complete house in a small neighborhood, very tidy and clean, with 2 toilets and 2 showers, 40 minutes from Innsbruck, and an hour and a half from Salzburg, with easy access. The ground floor has a bedroom with a shower, and the first floor has 3 rooms. There is a small terrace outside. Thank you, everything

Wir haben ein wundervolles Wochenende in diesem tollen Haus verbracht! Ich war mit Freundinnen dort und wir haben die Zeit rundum genossen. Das Haus bietet super viel Platz, ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich unsere Gastgeberin, die jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar war. Wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Absolute Empfehlung 🤩

Uns allen hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend mit 8 bis 10 Personen Urlaub machen werden wir diese Unterkunft auf jeden fall wieder Buchen. We hadden een verblijf met 4 volwassen en 3 kinderen. Het huis was heel groot met ruime kamers en voldoende parking. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig en het was echt proper. Het enige minpuntje… volgend jaar is dezelfde periode al geboekt.

Es war ein durchaus gelungener Aufenthalt. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Gerne wieder 😊

I had been eyeing this Airbnb since winter, when I saw its lovely Christmas decorations in the listing photos. The host clearly puts a lot of thought into the place, and it seems like the decor changes with the seasons. This time, we stayed here as a stopover during our hiking trip to the Alps, and it was a great experience. The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Munich and the Alps. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always happy to help with anything we needed. We were also warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift, which made us feel truly cared for. It’s a cozy and well-equipped space, ideal for families or small groups. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Our family holiday started in Rust, Germany and ended in Munich, we enjoyed our holiday in Germany and this was a great location if you’re looking to travel around the City!

We stayed here with our family of 12 people ages 5-82 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the town of Garmisch is fantastic. Tons to do, absolutely stunning location, easily walkable to a million things. We hope to be back.

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig. The private villa is an entire private residence which is both luxurious and historic. The staff are lovely and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They ensured that all our needs were met, were very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. Fresh breads with butter, honey, and jams were delivered to the Villa each morning, and they even included gluten free options. The property is at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle, so the location is very close to both castles in Schwangau. It is also close to local restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Ludwig and plan to stay here again. Thank you to Jessica and her colleagues for making our vacation special and for being so gracious and hospitable.

Wir haben das Haus gebucht, um mit unseren insgesamt sechs Patchwork- und Schwiegerkindern drei gemeinsame Tage rund um unsere Hochzeit zu verbringen. Die Location ist perfekt, wir hatten alle Platz, alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und wir hatten eine supertolle Zeit dort. Die Dachterrasse war bei dem schönen Wetter Gold wert - und es gab jede Menge Möglichkeiten, die Freizeit gemeinsam oder alleine zu gestalten. Die Betten sind toll, wir haben bombig geschlafen, und die Einrichtung ist liebe- und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Bäder sind wie neu und sehr schick - unsere Kinder kamen aus dem "Ahh" und "Ohh" gar nicht mehr heraus, und wir haben von ihnen viel Lob für unsere Auswahl der Location bekommen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und stets bemüht. Wann immer wir etwas brauchten, kam gleich jemand vorbei und hat sich um uns gekümmert - ansonsten hatten wir die perfekte Privatsphäre, was wir sehr genossen haben. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einer super schöne Zeit, in einem traumhaft schönen Haus. Die Sauna reicht für 3 Personen was uns genügte. Kommunikation mit dem Host war freundlich, nett und vor allem schnell. Parken ging problemlos direkt vor dem Eingang. Und der Spar (Supermarkt) ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß.

Dům je skvěle zařízený pro partu lidí, kteří se znají. Kuchyň je překvapivě výborně zařízena nádobím i vybavením. Super trouba, lednice a dvě myčky jsou výborně dimenzované pro tak početnou skupinu lidí.
