Upstairs 1 spacious bedroom sleeps 4 (1 bed 140 x 190 and 1 sofa bed 140 x 188.) On the lower level, living room, kitchen. Private garden: table/chairs, fridge, plancha, washing machine. Private parking. Ideally located just minutes from the amenities and tourist attractions of the area. 10 min from Coaraze and 25-30 min from Nice.

My accommodation is located on Gairaut Hill, overlooking the city and the sea with exceptional views. The house has a large terrace, a nice garden and is close to the pool (communal) which is very quiet and not very busy. Art, culture, restaurants, local shops, all the pleasures of the French Riviera. You'll love my place because of its calm and refinement. A vehicle will be more convenient for visiting the surroundings.

Located near the renowned Mercantour National Park, this ecologically friendly wooden chalet (35m2) provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, as well as a great base for numerous day trips in this beautiful region. A Spa area with jacuzzi and finnish sauna nested in nature with a plunging view on the valley and no neighbours, may be rented in addition to the chalet for 25 euros per night.
