Hotel holiday rentals in Benaulim

The hotel and the room was exceptional. The room opened to a pool and a sea view. The hotel staff was extremely warm and the place was aesthetically decorated and well maintained. It was a wonderful experience with exceeded expectations

I strongly recommend this place. Very attractively designed wooden cottages. Good Swimming pool. Very calm place, far from city's crowd. The cottage is clean and all the essential items are available inside. The owner Mr. Joseph is a gentle man. The staff are very helpful. There is no restaurant inside but there is an arrangement with nearby restaurant that they will home-deliver food on order.

This is a kind of place that grows on you. We had a wonderful time and the whole place was blocked by us that included 10 adults and 5 kids. Charlotte was there at the property and always handy with anything we wanted. The kitchen staff was phenomenal and always happy to serve with a smile. Had a wholesome barbecue dinner on one night at the property which was great. The property has a character and comes with a history. A good balance of a fine hotel and a home like feeling which is kind of difficult to achieve Our best wishes to Simon, Charlotte and all the staff for doing the good work. It was a vacation well spent and special mention that we were travelling with an infant and never had any issues getting a meal prepared for her or getting access to kitchen. The kids loved the place, especially the pool and the food.

We stayed here for about 10 days for an event, felt comfortable and at home. For the price point, good set of amenities and excellent location at a couple minutes walk to Miramar beach and other essentials in the surrounding. Priti is an excellent host, very responsive at any time, despite having a full time business to operate. She was also helpful and resourceful. I definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay- it’s overall character, literature, art, service, food and the cutest pets are to thank. Simon was very organised and quick to respond to our queries.

Campal Beach Resort is centrally located, easily accessible, close to everything you want to do in Goa. The host is fabtastic and very helpful and I had great conversations with him. The staff are extremely friendly and caring. The premises are very neat and clean. It is very affordable and the ideal place that one wants in Goa.

So kind, I arrived v late and left very early - they waited up and then helped me with early taxi. Thank you!

We had a blast at Vivenda dos Palhacos! The place is picture perfect beautiful, we had 2 different rooms during our stay (starting in an a/c tent nestled into the far end of the garden, which was magical, followed by Konnagar Room, which was majestic). An amazing place with a super friendly and helpful owner, wonderful staff who took great care of all our needs. Lots of great local food and beaches all in walking distance. We rented a scooter for a couple of days (arranged through the staff) which gave us great mobility in the vicinity. We embraced every minute of our stay and will be back. Guaranteed!

It was wonderful stay for sure. Our Car broke down and Abhishek was kind to take us to buy few things and dining place at odd late hours. Super kind and humble staff .. breakfast was sufficient and healthy. The place was very neat tiny and luxurious. I loved it.. felt home away from home. Book it right away.

One of the best stay, we were in till now. Every team member was a wonderful person. I want to specifically mention about the manager of hotel who is an extraordinary person. He manages all things so beautifully that your stay becomes homely. He had solution for all your travel related queries. Property is very well maintained. It has all necessory amenities. Surroundings are very beautiful. It is at perfect distance from beach. Food was delicious and served properly. Thanks to entire team for making our trip memorable.

The hotel was nice and peaceful, but life is not. I think construction is ongoing on the right side for a lift and other amenities. Overall, the hotel was a good place to stay.

Accommodation was cleaned every day by a very friendly and respectful cleaner who did a great job 👏 I contacted the host via text message asking for a toaster which was kindly provided. Located on a beautiful gated complex having been to cavelossim a number of times and stayed at various accommodations Louisa by the sea is by far the best accommodation to stay at. I will be returning

Vivenda is a real find in Goa. A peaceful boutique hotel, fabulous food, intimate setting, close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Great staff. Couldn't ask for more.

Amazing!!! The 3 day stay was worth and we really enjoyed the place. Special mention to Mr Bijaya who was so helpful and he did the best to make my day special as my partner planned a birthday surprise for me and he arranged everything😊 His staff Deva and other team members were also really helpful and exceptional services provided by them and yes not to forget their morning breakfast where in they feed you like your family, Thank you again for making our trip memorable and we are looking forward to coming again. Beautiful and clean beach. You can enjoy the sunset here. Perfect place. Host offered us the different room first but changed it to the original room when we asked to. Helpful

Loved our stay on this beautiful property

Its a newly built property and we were probably amongst first few guests through ABnB. Few amenities like refrigerator was not available as this was under delivery process but host offered us the alternative utility and this was out of the box. The room was clean and also had a balcony. Mr Rodrigues was amazing. He was ready to help out of the box everytime. For a peaceful stay in south Goa which is also at 1.5 kms from either beaches Utorda and Majorda; its a recommend property. The place is sparingly surrounded by a few restaurant and 1 or 2 utility shops but thats enough for the stay. Recommend

the villa was awesome.. right near to the pool. parking space , restaurant all top notch. lastly zubin was available for assistance in person and also over calls. the famous colva , benaulim , varca beaches are just kilometres away

Modern hotel with rooms furnished in Scandinavian style. Although it doesn't look like hotel has a lot of space, it cleverly fits everything one needs. For example same shared area is used for breakfast, restaurant, coffee and bar so it is always possible to get something to eat. I was traveling as solo traveler but it should work fine for couple or even small family. I was thinking it can work well even as base for business trip but I haven't tried WiFi for work (for recreational use all was fine). Both AC and fan in rooms worked flawlessly. Good location, few minutes walk to sea front. Half way between City and Miramar beach (10-15 mins walk either of them, if you're keen to walk).

Very nice stay at very affordable rates compared to others

Great place to stay!!!! There is a sunrise view right at your balcony. I loved the stay very much. The staff are very polite. I was staying there at 31st night I tried and did want to go elsewhere as so, I just had food inside and from the balcony I had great visual at 12. Just one con thought most of the happening places are a bit too far from the location.

Even better than expected! Staff went above and beyond. We specifically booked for valentines and we definitely won’t forget it! The staff arranged all the decorations they really took care of us. We have been traveling all around India for one month&out of everywhere we’ve stayed this has 100% been the best, so good we extended our stay from 3 nights to 11 The villa has everything you need, the rooms were immaculate and spacious with good aircon. The villa has a kitchen area with a fridge&all amenities. The staff supply anything you need. The pool area is huge and well maintained just like the rest of the villa. Breakfast was brought everyday we did also experienced the floating breakfast one morning which was amazing The location is perfect it’s quiet&you feel safe. You get the best of both the luxury of the villa aswel as live music near, waterfalls&beaches. Perfect for couples, family’s& celebrations We can’t thank Joel& his staff enough for making our stay so memorable❤️xx
