I stayed at this amazing place for three nights and absolutely loved it! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. Everything was just as described, which made our stay super comfortable and hassle-free. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. She also gave us some fantastic local recommendations that really added to our experience. The location is another big plus—it’s just a short walk to the serene Zalor Beach, which was perfect for morning strolls and relaxing sunsets. It was such a refreshing change to find a beach that wasn’t overcrowded, making it ideal for mornings runs and relaxing sunsets. One unexpected highlight was the bookshelf in the home. The collection of books was so thoughtfully curated. It made for the perfect escape when I wasn’t at the beach. Overall, a serene and cozy stay. Stayed for a week here and it was beautiful and very comfortable, it's right next to the beach. There were a few nice restaurants around and a doable market too. My host ritu saved the day with recommendations, can't thank her enough.

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

the stay in Roy place is really awesome it is very near to beach just 2 minutes walk from the beach moreover Roy is very helpful one time I miss the key his daughter came with the duplicate key to open the door that much helpful they are I really recommend this property for everybody who is looking near the beach moreover Roy is very responsive if you call anytime he will respond and apartment is clean and moreover it is affordable price those are looking for budget friendly apartment I really recommend this one it is just 5 minutes walk from the beach it is completely peaceful apartment The Neighbours are also very cooperative moreover I am giving 5 star rating

Stay location is best and just 850 meter from Benaulim main beach. Rooms and one common bathroom are big and good. Another attached bathroom is very small. It was clean. It’s on first floor and accessible via lift and stairs. Car parking is available. Met Rahul and Jyoti and they were very nice people and very helpful. Suggestions to improve , I will share with them in private. Thanks for hosting us.

we actually wanted to extend the stay... it was great, the apartment was as cozy as my home, beautiful and elegant... loved the stay definitely strongly recommended

Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

Nice stay with a friendly host. It's within walking distance of small shops and restaurants and not too far away from the beach. The home was comfortable for a family that needed a bit of space. The security guard was helpful as well.

Had a wonderful stay here! Good for a group of 3-4 tourists. One of the best place to be at and to move around in Goa. Cohost Yogesh was always accessible and helpful whenever needed.
