This monumental building is located in the oldest shopping street in the Netherlands, and through the wooden skeleton you will taste the authentic atmosphere. There is a traffic-free zone at the door, so there is no inconvenience from passing traffic. Everything you need can be found literally in the street: shops, restaurants, supermarket (opposite the apartment), good atmosphere, cozy people, entertainment and public transportation. The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Our apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with the most important comforts. Good heating, cooking facilities including pots, pans, oven/microwave and crockery and a refrigerator. TV, WiFi, private shower and toilet (small bathroom), 2 separate bedrooms upstairs with 1 single and 1 double bed. Cot and toys are also provided. It has its own front door, private terrace, little view and within walking distance of a lot of amenities. Information folder regarding activities in the area is provided.

Bed & Breakfast Mamaloutje is een sfeervolle en kleinschalige accommodatie gelegen tussen Nijmegen en Arnhem. Hier geniet je van rust, ruimte en natuur, terwijl de steden binnen handbereik zijn. Het guesthouse bevindt zich in een voormalige garage en is in 2025 omgetoverd tot een comfortabele en gezellige ruimte. Je beschikt over een eigen badkamer en een kitchenette met koffie- en theefaciliteiten. Ontbijt is optioneel bij te boeken en wordt geserveerd op de kamer of in de tuin bij mooi weer.

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.
