everything was well organized, clean, the location was very peaceful and we enjoyed the privacy. the cabin is very cozy, east to find, maintained, and has a cute rustic feel to it.

Our 4th year in a row staying here, my BFF Dan and I feel like we're coming to our home away from home. It feels personal...so familiar and comfortable. We feel so much gratitude for the type of place this is - it's comfortable, cozy, homey feel, and the type of homeowners Cari Beth and Erich are - personable, incredibly kind, and so willing and happy to accommodate their guests. How often do you become friends with the owners?? Such a special place, owned and cared for by truly special people.

Great place in a great location. Katherine is an amazing host and very responsive. We love the place and our dogs do too. We definitely come back again!

Absolutely loved our stay at Dream Island! The finished garage was awesome and the heated floors in lower level bathroom were amazing with the cold weather during our stay. The layout of the house was unique and provided nice-sized common areas complimented with good separation of very spacious bedrooms for privacy. There were a few minor things that didn't work or were damaged but they didn't impact the quality of our stay whatsoever. Other than those few minor items (which the owner/broken said were planned to be fixed), everything was clean and well taken care of.

My family and I loved getting away and staying in Zach’s roomy home. It was very comfortable and in a quiet, beautiful, woodsy neighborhood. The loons were everywhere on Baby Lake! Most mornings I woke up to the sound of the loons. My daughter loved the executive-style desk as she had to work while on vacation with us. We definitely recommend Zach’s home. He was very responsive and fun to chat with. Thanks, Zach!

We stayed with family for ice fishing vacation. We had such a good time. Favorite part is all the fish we caught and the easy access to drive onto the lake. Very clean. Would visit again.

Patrick was a great host! Always responsive and helpful when I had questions. The place was very well kept and a great space for a vacation! Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend this place!

A lovely lakeside stay on Gull Lake. Fun to walk over to Ernie’s for drinks and dinner. Would love to return in the summer to enjoy the Adirondack Chairs and fire pit on the beach.

Lovely cabin. Clean linens, bathrooms, full size kitchen, living room. The fireplace in winter is an added benefit. Nice location close to Bemidji and Buena Vista ski resort. Great family get away. Though the restaurant isn't open in the winter, the pool and store have limited hours for use.

We had a great time. Sadly we had to leave the fish in the lake they just did not want to come home with us!

The place was exactly as described in the posting. Our stay was very relaxing with plenty of stuff for the kids to do on the property while the parents got to kick back and relax.

Great place, location, view, amenities! Had a little issue with the keypad dying and Brian came right over and gave us a key to during our stay. Bathroom and interior doors could use a little work, but other wise nice place. Clean! Will be back!

This was my first experience doing a mini vacation for myself and I picked the absolute perfect location. It wasn’t around a ton of other cabins and only 14ish minutes from town if I needed anything. I will absolutely tell everyone in my life about this and encourage them to choose this cabin. Definitely will be doing this again.

Honestly, one of the best Airbnb stays I have ever had! We got to the resort and we were met right away by the resort manager, Terry, who showed us all around and let us hop on his go cart for a tour! He showed us our tiny cabin and how to use everything and was around all weekend for any questions! Not only do you have access to a tiny house that has EVERYTHING you can think of, you also get access to the main lodge with bigger showers, laundry, a game room, and even movies you can borrow! My husband and I had so much fun cooking over the fire (there was also a grill!) and exploring the ins and outs of the tiny home! It has a shower, nice bathroom, microwave, stove, fridge, freezer AND a dryer and washer! We ended one night watching Cheaper By The Dozen Two that we borrowed from the game room in our tiny cabin. Nevis the town was just up the road and had lots of fun places including several bar and grills, an icecream shop, candy store, and shops! I could not recommend more!

Charles and Joe were fantastic hosts! We had a few questions and they responded very quickly and were very attentive in helping us. The location was beautiful and the house accommodated our crew of 11 (adults and two grandchildren). We were grateful for a place to house us together 🥳

We had such a great time! It was perfect. It was peaceful, on the lake, our pups had a great time. The patio was very nice. The views were amazing. We would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at Joshua’s cabin/tent! We went during a blizzard and felt like all our needs were taken care of. We had plenty of firewood and kerosene to stay warm. We felt like pioneers doing everything by hand. This was definitely one step up from camping in a regular tent. Very pet friendly. It is right off of the highway so you hear traffic constantly. But when the storm hit all traffic stopped, which was perfect and very peaceful all day.

Beautiful cabin and peaceful lake. The cabin was cozy and clean. Bed was very comfortable.We enjoyed the use of boat and had a blast paddle boarding on river and lake.

We stayed at the cabin for our kids to go to day language camps while we (the parents) worked remotely. I'm going to mention things about our remote work experience that might be useful for those considering this option, since I don't think I saw another review that mentioned wifi and cell phone usage. WiFi was excellent. Both my husband and I were able to have video meetings at the same time with no issues. I was also using HIPPA compliant telehealth, and that worked well too. Streaming services were also excellent at night. Cell phone service was also good. My work cell is Verizon and our personal cells were AT&T and both worked well. My husband worked in the basement/downstairs area and did need to turn on WiFi calling to help with the cell signal in that space - understandable with the concrete walls. We all loved the quiet setting and the kids loved going down to the beach and going in the canoe. Overall, a great stay!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed, and it has continued to be a great location for our family. It is about 20 minutes from Bemidji, about 16 minutes to Park Rapids (Zorbaz) but great things to enjoy right in Lake George.
