Lisa apartment is very romantic, the most peculiar of our farm.... You enter directly into a large living room with fireplace, dining table, two sofas and television. In this room there is a charming loft where the bed is located. Bathroom with bath, dressing room with closet and washing machine. Large kitchen with dining table and a view over the Chianti hills. This apartment has a private solarium with deck chairs and table.“Il Poderaccio” dates back to 13th century when its ancient building served as an outpost of Siena against the “League”. Dominating “Chiantishire” , this charming country house offers all recently refurbished, independent flats just a few minutes from Siena city centre. Perfectly integrated in the surrounding environment, the flats can host from 2 to 5 people and come complete with bed and bath linen, dishes and pottery and traditionally furnished with country furniture. Guests can swim in the 18x6-mt swimming-pool, sunbathe in the cotto sundeck surrounded by an orchard and flowers, play bowls and table tennis while children enjoy the playground in the garden or play in the beautiful park spotted with trees and flowers coming from all over the world. Garden areas are reserved for each flat together with sun chairs, garden table and chairs for a perfectly relaxing stay. Furthermore, two wooden desks are available in the shadow and perfect silence of a fenced-in grove where you can hear the birds singing … “Il Poderaccio” stretches for 32 hectares, all cultivated. This ICEA -controlled farm offers totally organic products such as wine, extra vergin olive oil and Grappa. On sale at the farm are: Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG, the “Brunaccio” a special IGT Tuscan red wine, extra virgin olive oil, and a grappa These organic products are the result of an environment- and consumer-friendly growing. “Il Poderaccio” hosts a lot of animals: horses, dogs, cats, a cow, a donkey, a kid as well as the geese, ducks and mallards swimming together in the farm pond. Horse trekking and riding can be organized upon request at a riding school renowned for its highly-qualified trainers situated near the farm. Mountain bikes rental is also available. Decorated with vintage furniture and offering breath-taking views of the Tuscan Countryside, Suite Le Camelie offers a truly relaxing retreat. Lounge outside in the beautiful gardens and end the day with a bath in the tiled bathroom. Villa Caprera is part of a little village located at the end of a local road. Gardens, yards, olive orchards and fields surround the place where old ladies sit outside the door for chatting and knitting. Suite Le Camelie occupies part of the first floor; thank to the difference in level between the two sides of the villa, the entrance to Suite Le Camelie is comfortably located on the ground floor. Decorated with vintage furniture and modern linens and accessories, feels sophisticated and elegant. Very quiet and with an amazing view. Ideal for a romantic trip. The gardens and yards surrounding the villa are free to access for our guests with the exception of a small private family area reserved for ourselves. Outdoor spaces are not gated or fenced and are shared with other two accommodations; private dining zones are dedicated to each property. My family loves holding conversation with our guests and we are available for any need but we also leave them space to enjoy their time with no interference. The home is in a very traditional area full of family-owned bistros and exquisite boutique shops. Walk through the stunning scenery to visit the church and explore the history of the ancient monastery nearby. Bus stop ten minutes on foot; the bus take you to the city centre. You can get anywhere from there by bus or train. Busses run according to a time table - average every hour. Last run approx 20.00. The road to Siena is not safe to walk. Taxis available to and from the city; very short ride so it is affordable. I recommend a car if you like to get lost in the countryside, but get a driver when you go for winery tours. The accommodation, totally independent and recently renovated, is a portion of the former crows of a nineteenth-century villa immersed in greenery but very close to the center, with an open view of green olive groves and the city. The apartment is part of a recently renovated building, originally stables for a XIX century Villa. Immersed in the Sienese countryside but only a few minutes away from the city centre. It has an independent access and stunning views of Siena and a valley of olive groves.

Virgi House is a 160 sqm villa, located 3 km far from Siena’s hystorical center. The villa is distributed over three floors. On the first one there is a double bedroom with bathroom and terrace, a large open space living room, a modern kitchen and a bathroom. Downstairs a double bedroom (or 2 single beds), a large bathroom, a study and a bright living room with a loggia from which you can access the private car park and the garden. We are in the residential neighborhood of Scacciapensieri, 400 meters from the “Le Scotte” Polyclinic, The city center is easily accessible both by bus (stop 100 meters away) with very frequent runs, and on foot in about 30 minutes. For those with cars, free parking is always available next to the house entrance. No stairs both outside and inside. In the neighborhood, there are shops for basic necessities.
