Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

La Dolce Visciola is located among the green hills of the Marche region and overlooks a splendid panorama that stretches from the countryside to the sea. Ideal place for those who love to relax surrounded by nature. For those who want to recharge their batteries while staying at the farmhouse, you will find a large garden with swimming pool, bocce ball court and barbecue. In addition, for those who wish, you can taste some local delicacies from our farm, to fully experience your stay in the Marche through all the senses.

Following the recent implementation of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), it is not possible to access our car park during closed hours. Historic residence right in the heart of Assisi's old town, convenient for getting around on foot, with free on-site parking. The house features a spacious dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two en suite bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television and heating.

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. My place is close to the historic center of Belvedere Ostrense, only 17 km from the beaches of Senigallia, 18 km from the airport and 30 km from Ancona. Nearby there are several tourist resorts (Senigallia with its sandy beach, Numana and Sirolo with cliffs and gravel, Loreto with its Basilica, the Frasassi caves and many typical medieval villages perched on the hills where wines and oil are produced.
