I am located in the heart of Belmont, at the end of an enclosed garden. I have a garage on the ground floor, you will love my kitchen-dining room-living room on the ground floor. On the 1st floor you will find my large master suite, the games room and the bathroom and finally the space dedicated to children on the 2nd floor. You will appreciate the proximity to the shops and facilities of the village (grocery store, bakery, restaurants, swimming pool, health course, city stadium...).

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. I open the rooms according to the number of guests. Bedrooms are located upstairs. Ideal base for exploring the countryside of the Monts de Lacaune, but also the South Aveyron. The cottage is located 16 km from Lacaune (Souces Chaudes swimming pool), 16 km from the lake and the Laouzas recreation center, 20 km from Rougier de Camarès.
