Great place exactly as advertised. Plenty of space and a great environment for a quiet gathering of friends.

We had the best time! Amazing house and host. The heated pool and fenced in backyard were perfect for enjoying family time. The entire house was very clean and organized with everything we needed. The host was extremely proactive with communications and responsive for the few things we needed. Highly recommended!

Mario was so wonderful! We stayed for several weeks due to work and he made it stress free and was flexible with our schedule. House was just as described and we had immediate assistance with any questions. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Stay – Highly Recommend! This house was absolutely perfect! Spacious, extremely clean, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable, with stylish furniture and every amenity you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, making meals easy, and the whole space felt like a home away from home. The outdoor area was a highlight—tons of yard space with cornhole, a fire pit , a pool, and multiple seating areas including a cozy deck setup and a fun garage hangout spot with a ping pong table and seating. It was private, peaceful, and overall perfect! Our host was amazing—friendly, responsive, and made everything completely hassle-free. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the entire experience was stress-free from start to finish. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back!

5 of us stayed here for an extended family wedding. We primped and prepped and had plenty of room for that. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than I expected. The sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The common rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool I needed. The screened in porch got a lot of use. Everyone walked around the lake and grabbed some food in Pineville. Julie was very responsive when we had questions.

Had to make a last second adjustment and found Kyle’s Airbnb. The house was perfect and I’d highly recommend staying here. I’ve stayed at a handful of Airbnb’s but the attention to detail Kyle and his team has at this location is unmatched. Thanks again Kyle and Team! 👏🏾👏🏾

Pool was a hit with the boys we had staying. In town for a race at Trackhouse so location was great. Tracy was very accommodating allowing an early check in to drop groceries as the house was already clean. Comfortable beds. Would stay again for sure.

Stayed at Danilo’s place 3 nights. Everything was as described. Im not familiar enough with Gastonia to make comments about the location but the neighborhood was very quiet during our stayed, even though the next door houses had dogs, we didnt really noticed while in the house or during sleep. One issue arise, but got response immediately and taken care of the same day. I liked the desk space allowing WFH. We didnt spend anytime on the yard, I cant speak on that. Overall was good, thank you!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Everything was absolutely beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our time at your place. We just wanted to share a few personal preferences that could enhance future guests’ experiences. Having more towels or higher-quality ones would be great—we had one thin towel per person for three nights and had to share with our toddler. It would also be helpful to have more body soap available. For pillows, we found the ones provided to be too high, which caused some discomfort, so having a variety of options would be a nice addition. We just ended up purchasing our own. Lastly, a few extra paper towels rolls would have been useful for our group of four adults and a toddler. Also, just a quick note—the labels for the master bedroom light and fan seem to be switched. Again, these are just small suggestions and in no way reflect our public review—we had a fantastic stay, and your hospitality was amazing. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space for our family!

I knew I didn’t want to stay in the city and driving 20 mins in for a nice spot to eat in uptown wasn’t so bad. I booked this 1 month in advanced and Mike quickly communicated as a wonderful host that he is. This was perfect because of the pet friendliness and rustic decor, but once I arrived at this location, it was more than I could have asked for. The cutest front porch with rocking chairs and a wooden front door immediately caught my eye. Once I got out the car, I noticed the expansive backyard, a dream for any energized pup. I made it into the home and was blown away of how much a farmhouse feel I received with suede cushioned wooden chairs and a comfy couch, massive bricked wood burning fire place and barnyard doors. The bonus was the vinyl record player. The kitchen had cathedral ceilings with wooden beams, beautiful cabinetry with snacks and drinks for our stay. The bedroom was perfect, minimally decorated with a beauty of en-suite and large walk-in closet. It felt like home!!

Jennifer is an amazing host with a beautiful home. We literally felt right at home. The space is huge so with the amount of guests, it wasn’t overcrowded at all. Jennifer was very friendly and responsive. I appreciate Jennifer hosting this beautiful place to us and look forward to visiting again!

Dean’s home was absolutely spectacular. Breathtaking view of the lake, very well decorated, clean, and large enough to accommodate our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. He went above and beyond by getting balloons, flowers and a cake that I had requested for my mother‘s birthday. We would definitely stay there again. It is worth your time to check out.

This is a very beautiful comfortable home great for a couple and one teenage child or two couples. It gives a homie vibe and everything is in its place. I love how easy and quick you can find things around the house. Enoch was fantastic! His communication is great and quick as in response time. He had ordered a coffee maker but it was delayed and he made sure I was aware of it. Once it arrived, it came with a box of K-Cups coffee to use. I thought that was a very sweet touch. He checked in via messages every so often to make sure we were ok. The neighborhood is welcoming and everyone says hello to you as you either drive in or drive out. The house is located in a perfect spot where there is peace and quiet for those who love that like us. Everything is pretty close if not almost next-door as in the shops, the stores, eateries and more. This is definitely a Home that I would love to return to with my family. It’s an adorable home and you will love it!! I recommend this place to everyone

We had a fabulous time with our whole family at Lake Wylie for a special birthday and Memorial Day weekend. The house accommodated five families with lots of little ones so well. It has all the needed amenities for cooking meals, playing outside by the lake, or enjoying games, movies or relaxing and visiting inside. Lots of different sitting areas. The outside deck and covered patio area were great and we spent a lot of time there, although we were disappointed that the outdoor fireplace wasn’t working. The dock was big enough to tie up our boat and had a great kayak launch and swim ladder. Over all this was a great place for our growing family to gather. Would highly recommend for a large group stay.

This is hands down, the best abnb we have ever stayed in. Tina and team have set a standard for everyone! We truly felt at home here. The home was meticulously clean, cozy and perfectly comfy. Loved it! This sweet little town has quickly become a favorite as well. Thank you for clearly caring about your home, it shows! Thank you again for making our weekend even more spectacular!
